Take this construction.gif URL to Pair Image Magick.

#1. On the Image Magick view page, click on the Output button in the top row.

#2. Set Format on: .gif

#3. Set Storage type on: Multi-Frame File

#4. Set Loop at: 0

#5. Set delay at: 150
NOTE: The default setting on Delay is at 0...

Increasing the number value upwards from "0" will slow the animation.
Click output to see if it`s what you wanted.
If it is not right, use your back button, change the Delay setting, and output it again to check it. When it`s where you want it, click on the image and get the temporary URL so that you can save it.
