There are three main options as you first enter your favorites:
|

1. Add Folder: Click this key and type in the name of your new folder, try and keep name or title short. Next scroll down and click "Done".
|

2. Rename: Click this key and find the folder you want to rename, remove the text and type in the new name. Next scroll down and click "Done".
|

|
3. Remove: Click this key and you will see two (2) rows of items listed. On the left side will be the first vertical row with the folder names. On the right side you will see a "Remove" button opposite each folder name. Find the folder you wish to remove, click the "Remove" button to the right of it, then continue on and remove any others you wish to in the same manner. When you are done scroll down and click "Done".

How to Save a item in your favoirtes

While viewing the webpage, image or text file, etc you wish to save, locate the "Option" key on the bottom row of your keyboard. Click the "Option" key, You will see a pop up and on the left side will be your folders listed. Scroll down in that menu box to the folder you want to save your item in, and click it so that a check mark appears next to it. Now, click the "Save" key in the upper right side of the pop up. This will save the item in the folder you had chosen.

After selecting a favorite folder and clicking on it for entry, you will see "Organize" in the left tool bar. Click on "Organize" and you will see that in each folder section there are five (5) options for making changes to the items in that folder. 1. Discard: After clickng options click on "Discard" to remove unwanted favorites from this folder. Again, there will be two (2) vertical rows, one listing the items and the "discard" button to the right of each item. Click "Discard" on each item you wish to delete. When your done,click "Done" at the bottom

2. Listing: After clicking on "Listings" you will see a check box. If you click on the box, it will put a check mark in the box. If the box is checked, you should see an image square above each item in that folder. If it is blank, there will be no image showing for each item. Click "Done" when finnished.

3. Move to folder: Click on "Move to folder" and you will see all of the items listed on the left side and a dropdown menu opposite each item. If you wish to move an item from this folder to another, click the menu on the right side and pick the folder you want to move this item to. Repeat this for any other item to move. Click on "Done" when finished.

4. Rename: Click on "Rename" and you will see all of the items in this folder listed. Next to each item will be a text box with the current name in it. If you wish to "Rename" an item, remove the text and type in the new name. continue on with any additional items and click "Done" when finnished.

5. Shortcuts: Assign a keyboard shortcut to a favorite, or view a list of all shortcuts.You use Shortcuts to assign one of your favorite items to an F-Key on your keyboard. There are seven (7) F-Keys in total. { F-1 F-2 F-3 F-4 F-5 F-6 F-7 } NOTE: Under the "Shortcuts" button you will see "view a list of all shortcuts". If you already have any F-Keys assigned to an item in your folders, you might want to Click on "view a list of all shortcuts" so that you will know if any of the seven (7) are avalible or in use.
When your ready to add an item from your folder to an F-Key, Click on "Shortcuts" and you will see all of your items in that folder listed on the right side. Scroll to the item you want to put on an F-Key and Click on the blank button to the left of it.
Next, you will see a list of any item`s you already have assigned to F-Keys, listed on the left and a radio buttion to the right of it. There are seven (7) radio buttons for F-1 to F-7.
NOTE: If there is already an item opposite the numbered radio button, you will replace it with the item your working with, when you click that numbered radio button.
Click on the button that has the number you want to use on your keyboard, scroll down and Click "Done" Next you can continue to assign items or if your finnished click "Done"
